Condominium Closings Begin at Biltmore Park Town Square

Asheville, N.C., November 16, 2009 – Biltmore Farms and Crosland welcomed the first condominium owners at Biltmore Park Town Square, a comprehensive walkable mixed-use development in the heart of the Asheville MSA.

The first seven closings occurred the last week of October, and residents have already moved into the community’s first phase – a four-story condominium building complete with elevator access, swimming pool, sundeck, state-of-the-art fitness facility and a luxury club room featuring a complete kitchen, billiards and poker tables. Phases two and three comprised of a four-story, 27-unit condominium building and nine townhomes are currently selling; closings for these phases are estimated to begin shortly.

“We are pleased to welcome our new homeowners to Biltmore Park Town Square,” said Jack Cecil, President of Biltmore Farms. “We’ve been overwhelmed with the rapid leasing of the apartments, and we’re excited to offer a for-sale option to Asheville as well.”

Biltmore Park Town Square’s one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums are available in flat and townhome styles. One-bedrooms start at $189,900; two bedrooms start at $249,900; three-bedrooms start at $382,400. Select homes offer rooftop terraces and exceptional mountain views. Restaurants, shops, a health club, spas, a bookstore and a movie theater are just a couple of blocks from the condominiums.

“My husband and I previously lived nearby and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Biltmore Park area. Now we are thrilled to be living here in a brand new condominium among such great boutiques, excellent restaurants, professional services, a movie theater and most importantly a wonderful mix of neighbors,” said homeowner, Vickie MacLellan. “I love stepping outside my front door into a true town center complete with everything I need.”
